a guy bent the frame on this wheeler hitting a sidewalk too hard... Now the tire wears on the right front side due to the fact that you have to use extra muscle to keep the atv straight. Could I use a vise and bend it back, if not where can I find just the frame.

Like everyone else said, the used parts for this model aren't extremely popular, so you can get stuff cheap.

Find a good rolling chassis, and swap your engine and wiring harness onto it. This will solve all possible problems. If you just get a frame, you may still have shock/tie rod/etc. issues that haunt you.

I agree that you probably won't find a frame listed on eBay, plus shipping costs will kill you. I'd check any local motorcycle salvage yards. I think this will be your best bet.

Is the frame bent or just the suspension arms and tie rods? (Or all?) Frames are probably much cheaper to buy then you think. The hard part is swapping all those parts. Most auto shops won't straighten this as they have no reference points as to what is straight or not and will not want the liability.

You can often find frames on ebay or check for a local junk yard. There are ATV/motorcycle junk yards popping up all over. Price out a new frame at http://www.mrcycles.com to see if that isn't the better way to go.

that old Moto 4 was fairly popular, but parts dont bring much, So nobody on ebay would list a used frame. Look and see who has parts listed on ebay, and ask them for the frame, most of us just toss them out.
FYI
buying a new frame for that machine is a senseless waste of good money. find a used one, salvage yards seldom sell anything but the engine, wheels and plastics, frames and parts to them are a liability not an asset

I'm assuming this is a quad bike. For safety's sake, ask a reputable Yamaha dealer/repair shop if they can restore the precision of your bent frame or suspension. To fit a whole new frame will be expensive and time consuming. Good luck.

It's not worth trying to straighten the frame. It'll never be perfict.
Buy a new frame from Yamaha.

An autobody shop may be able to straighten it for you.
