Honestly, I wouldn't worry about anything from your breasts down, because only your husband sees that anyway and most of the complexion problems will clear up in two weeks anyway. Why go spend money on expensive creams and lotions?
Because this is a result of pregnancy hormones, the complexion problems will only remain until you're not pregnant anymore. Creams will not cure it.
I've heard Vitamin E and shea butter help with stretch marks, but nothing helps them disappear entirely and results vary with each woman. Also, my midwife told me Vitamin E works best from the inside out, so you might do better to take it in capsule form instead of rubbing in on your skin.
Best of luck with your delivery!

I am currently 32 weeks pregnant & havent got a single one yet, I know its not proven that creams etc work but I swear it is due to my daily routine. I use 'The Sanctuary - Mums to be body oil' in the morning & 'Bio Oil' after my bath in the evening. Its worked wonders for me so far, Bio Oil especially is meant to be the best thing on the market for stretch marks at the moment. Hope that helps.

There are all sorts of belly creams that people swear by, but none seem to truly work. Stretch marks will usually fade with time, most of mine are very pale now and not nearly as noticeable as they were shortly before/after birth.

Try Vitamin E Oil. You can get bottles of it at a health food store so you don't have to break open all of those little capsules. It will help with healing and will help scars and stretch marks fade to your natural skin tone faster...especially if you use it everyday.

Palmer's Cocoa Butter.
It won't make the stretch marks go away, but with regular use, they do fade over time.

you may have a form of eczema on your skin. ask your OB-GYN if they can recommend something that will take care of you but not cause the baby problems while nursing.
stretch marks CAN be minimized by using vitamin E oil and natural cocoa butter. they keep the skin supple and moist while you recover from the pregnancy.
Congratulations and good luck!
