I guess I would have to be more scared of burning alive so any that involve heat.

A super solar flare aimed right at us. It would destroy the Van Allen belt, heat the atmosphere and make the Earth like it was in the oven "self cleaning" mode. Ionizing radiation would get you even if you were at the bottom of the ocean in the cool water. All this with less than 8 mins. warning.

A supervolcano eruption.
The whole Yellowstone National Park (and a few kilometers beyond it) is a huge volcano.
A supervolcano eruption would eradicate more than half of the United States, and affect climate althroughout the world. It may be a beginning of a new ice age as the clouds of ash would block the sun.

Armageddon, the end of all existence, this actually WILL be happening, its just the matter of time, Prophet Nostradamus predicted this 400 years ago, but didn't specify the date. we do not know how this is going to happen, most probably unlike the movie armageddon about that meteorite heading for earth.
