note I said in the scenario the other one was INNOCENT, note I said they are INSEPARABLE, and like many of the questions found in Yahoo Answers, it is hypothetical, it doesnt have to have happened in reality as of yet - obviously.

What ever makes people think about things like this? I wonder why this has never been asked before!

If one was sentenced to prison, that one would be put in prison. The other would be free to leave any time they wished.

Can you provide anecdotal evidence of this occurring even once in the past five thousand years of recorded history?

The other might be charged as an accesory to murder, I guess cuz they didn't try to stop the other twin. *shrugs* Would prolly never happen
