Doom 3 is the only one of those that will really tax a system. The flight simulators can sometimes run pretty heavy too - but usually have a simple control for turning off levels of detail to help your system run better.
The processor and memory are sufficient for Doom3, and the video card should be capable of handling it, though you may have to through the video settings and turn a few things off to smooth it out. It ran well on my old P4 with an NVidia 128 meg card. I haven't actually tried it yet on my dual core AMD turion laptop (it's got a 256meg ATI card) but I have very little doubt that it will run (probably with most of the video setting cranked up).

Your graphics card is built in, so pretty shoddy. Dont expect to run anti-alaising or 1024res games, but they should run ok on 640x480 or 800x600 res with graphics turned down.
MAKE SURE YOU PLUG IN YOUR POWER CABLE TO ENSURE FULL POWER TO ALL COMPONENTS, VISTA MAY THROTTLE DOWN OTHERWISE!

Yes, but at low quality and low resolution settings. Most games are designed to be enjoyed at high quality, high resolution settings using powerful videocards.
