Finding Nemo is a real blood bath.
I still have nightmares.
(The Faces of Death movies are bloody, but for fictional movies, the first Hellraiser is mine).

It is an older movie from the 90's that I saw under the title of "Dead Alive" but is also marketed under the title "Braindead" and it is combination gory horror/black comedy.
It is an early work of director Peter Jackson (famed director of "Lord of The Rings" trilogy). The goriest scene is at the end when the main charactor takes push lawn mower, picks it up, and uses the blades to cut down the dozens of zombies in his house and there is gore everywhere when he is done.

Kill Bill movies - that is why some parts of the movies are in black and white, the amount of blood was so bad they toned it down by taking the color out.

I would have to say wishmaster. The movie was bloody and gross. Hell another movie is the Hills have eyes that was pretty bloody.
