Use the molar mass of Na2SO4 to calculate the number of moles of that compound. Since there is one mole of SO42- ion in each formula of the compound, that will be the number of moles of sulfate ions present in the solution. To convert moles of ions into numbers of ions, multiply the number of moles by Avogadro's number.
