Too often! Little white lies are ok though! Imagine what it would be like if you actually told the truth the whole time?? How long would it be before you had no friends??!!

Very seldom. I make it a policy never to tell a lie, although I do occasionally let myself down and one slips out.
Lies are awkward - they're the easy option. You look stupid when you get caught out and really, do we want to be in a position where we have to be so afraid of the consequences that we jeoparidse our own integrity?
