I am having the exact same problem with my moto v3i, the reason is (i think) that some laptops phones exectra cannot handle that much memory, you may have to update your drivers software or hardware. Also can anybody help me with my motorola v3i 2gb sd micro problem???

Test it on someone else's PC.

If it doesn't work, take it back to the store.

If it works, go to Toshiba.com and get the latest drivers for your PC.
