Like i have Firefox and windows internet explorer. i set it up to automatically delete the history and all that other stuff. but can it be found still

I have looked at your deleted history and cache files and most of the data is unreadable bar the spanking maids mpeg.
Even so I doubt you could be prosecuted for possessing this material on your hard-drive, dependant on the state you reside in

Yes there is a way but you need to have the tools to do it. Most information is stored within the swap file if it is used by the program. If you know how to read that the chances are pretty good the can find the cache history if someone wanted it.

However, your browser history only comprise a small area of the data you collected via surfing. So if you also concerned about your download history. You may need to take extra steps to protect your privacy.

No it can not. just make sure that it has gone from your address bar, if it has then it will be deleting it and no-one can see what you've been looking at!
