You're right we can learn both ways
Answering with a question sometimes means you might already know the answer but still want to know others' opinions particularly your opponents, this way we can weigh up whose ideas are best, perhaps we learn more this way having known where the others are coming from
Answer with an answer usually casting your opinion on topics in question, drawn from personal or real life experiences, this tells people who we are and what we made of, sometimes leaves us vulnerable and open for communication challenges, this way we learn more about ourselves maybe little from others

I learn more by asking than answering, but I agree with JEM.
I learn the most by reading the answers that others give. It gives you a good chance to see things from a different perspective.

Both Ways too but kinda more by Asking. No, I read all the answers above my head because I am always the last answer. So it's still BOTH!! Just being here is making me smarter cause I can feel it!! @80)
