i recently became my own boss and im finding i have horrible time management issues im wasting time like a mofo i should fire my azzzz

Neither - I don't think anything done right is a waste of time, even if it's sitting here on YA! - At least my brain is working and I'm having fun. And I enjoy my work too much to be a machine at it. If I was too mechanical, customers wouldn't want to come to my shop.

Generally, I work like a machine, whenever there is work....if not, I don't waste time, but answer questions like yours....hahaha
