that depends on how you have it setup . if your connected via USB then yes you will have to reinstall the drivers . and of course your email

Some options are given in the previous answers that may had given you the solution till now, but one aspect to be discussed is
If You are using your broadband through LAN (that is done mostly) then you need to note down your IP for the NIC Card Connected to ISP, your default gateway and DNS Servers fro the current configuration or you may ask for these details from the ISP.
During the Installation when your are configuring the Network just provide these details and your broad band will work fine for you.

If by "Restore" you mean: do a system restore, then no.
If by "Restore" you mean: do a Windows Install, then yes or maybe, depending on your broadband connection type and how you choose to install Windows
