I would think that the sunscreen really isn't that effective on white or lighter skinned people...

yes I know what your saying..people with darker tinted skin need/use sunscreen as well, but all they see is "whitey" on the bottle..
But lighter skin people tend to burn more easily..ohhh the burden of being da "man"

I would think that it would be a very funny advertisement. As it is unusual and a lot of people think, that dark people do not need sunscreen, you would remember this advertising better than others and it could help dark people to protect better from the sun rays.

I wouldn't think anything of it except it works well with dark skin. Everyone should wear sunscreen because skin cancer and other diseases caused by sun exposure has nothing to do with the color of your skin.

I would think that the product wasn't necessarily made for me as my skin is pale white and I almost look like an albino. I would not buy the product based on that ad.

Education- that even darker skinned skinned people can get melanoma's too.
darker skins are now more prone to sun cancers etc due to a higher burn time when in the sun and a dramatic increase in UV ratings world wide.

I wouldn't think of it any different then if all light skinned people advertised it! Anyone can get sun damage!
