Batmans Villians are cool because they are written that way but when you think about they are pretty lame. One guy is dressed like a clown another is dressed like a penquin and another is a meek guy who is a crime boss with a dummy attached to his hand.
Also daredevil doesnt really seem to have any of his own villians. They are more like Spidermans hand me downs

Spiderman had more than a few clowns in his rogues gallery.
Paste-Pot Pete(The Trapster)
Mysterio
The Ringmaster
The Scorpion
The Vulture
The Rhino
The Jackal
Superman was pretty lame too, but the prize goes to the Fantastic Four. After Dr. Doom, who do they really have that they can call their own?

The Flash had the dumbest villian.
Uhm, the Mirror Master... need I say more?
Green Lantern?
Sinestro, oooh a yellow ring. Pretty creative.
And Batman doesn't really have cool villians (until Frank Miller pitted him against Superman)
The Joker - what is his power anyways?
The Penguin... OOOOH I'm scared of your umbrella
Catwoman... they end up falling in love so wtf
and OH no! Don't riddle me to death Mr. Riddler sir
Just for the record, I love Batman, just... his villains can't really compete.
But yeah Bats, The Flash and Green Latern have dumb villains.

Not including "Heroes" who are parodies....
Blade. (That's right.... Of the "Nightstalkers")
You want to talk about hand-me-down villians? Blade and his associates Drake and King don't really have their own viliians. Besides Deacon Frost and Dracula, Blade's reoccurring rogues are cast offs like Blackout, Lilith, DOA, and even Zarathos... Most of these are Ghost Rider's cast offs. And the ones who aren't...? Generic vampires. So sad. Even the movies had lame *** generic vampires, and i liked the movies.
PS: As for Spider-man's villians... About the only thing JMS did right was explain why his foes are all animal themed.

Of the BIG HEREOS (Spidey, Batman, ect..) i think Superman has always got the short end of the stick when it comes to villians.
Lex Luthor is just a basic everyday evil @$$hole trying to take over the world...
other than that, Supes only ever has to battle robots, and monsters...
SUPERMAN - Lame Villians!!!

From what I've seen on their TV shows Buffy the Vampire Player (yeah, I spelled it wrong on purpose), the Charmed sisters, Angel (vampire) and Clark from Smallville has some of the lamest villains and stories around.
