and how did they not snap when somebody hangs on them??

The College and Pro rims have spring loaded attachments to allow them to bend down when someone hangs on them. Thus no more broken glass. Which Darrel Dawkins used to do quite often before these we invented.

It doesnt snap because the rim is on flexi glass. And the rim is made out of iron.

Iron----and they have a spring in the back that allows them to flex when a player hangs on them
