i am going to buy Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 (2.13ghz) ?

Socket 775 FSB1066 2MB Cache Retail Boxed Processor....
which OS system will be better for this chip and my mortherbroad is ASUS P5W DH DELUXE...chip set is 975X

Windows XP Professional x64 Edition or Windows XP 64-bit Edition...... VISTA 64 bit ..any ideas ...
and do i have to install 64 bit OS system ?

i would reccommend XP pro or maybe vista....
but vista is still new n not much u can do with it
