President Bush is the best, most honest and most liberal president we have had since President Clinton, and he is almost as honest as President Clinton.

Clinton was one of the politicians who said there were wmd's in Iraq. So was Gore. And Hillary. And now they act as though the war is unjustified. In reality, Clinton had a chance to send a message to Iraq during his two terms. Saddam wasn't letting U.N. inspectors in then either, but Slick Willy just covered his eyes and ears, pretending not to have seen or heard about the violations. It's funny how liberals say that this country has issues with morality because of Bush. All Clinton did was lie, lie some more, and when couldn't figure out anything else to do, he'd lie. He allowed every man in this country to justify infidelity in their marriages, and the women are even worse! No woman should support either Clinton unless they think it's acceptable to be raped, molested, or humiliated. Good job liberals; you sure know how to pick them. By the way, I am an atheist, so don't think you can sling your pathetic little right wing slurs toward me.

It is amazing how Republicans after all these years still dwell upon Clinton and the issue of sex and impeachment.

We have learned that poster boy of the far right Newt was having an affair during the impeachment of Clinton. Now this is your family man. But because it Newt we must forgive him as was said by the prophet Jerry Falwell. They hypocrites strike again.

I'm a Liberal and embarrassed by what Clinton did, sure, but never proud.

Clinton's errors caused no loss of life, and what damage did occur was domestic to the affairs of the USA. The idiot we have in office now, however, his errors are international in scale and has resulted in the invasion of two countries with hundreds of thousands dead! Keep reading...

What measure do you use to evaluate Presidents? Sexual activity (a moral choice) or policy decisions results? Do we need to get into Bush One's many advisor's proximity to the child pornography industry? Oh, yea, what about that Boy's Town scandal back around 1990 or so???

Considering what we have now, Clinton was a far better president (the damnable corporatist, he was) than the antiConstitutionalist administration under this disgraceful, incompetent Bush II. Keep reading...

His efforts to mingle fundamentalist religious ideas with government structure and administration, as well as his corrupting influence on the Judicial system are just two for starters, and far worse than whatever type of sex Clinton did.

Should we continue with the invasion of privacy/illegal wiretapping issues, too? Or, should we start, really, with the lies leading to, and the multiple, unjustifiable reasons leading to the illegal war in Iraq? Oh, yea, there's plenty of scandal with the 9-11 Commission. Why was it started a full YEAR after the catastrophe? Why would Clinton's fanagling with an intern have higher priority for you than asking why Bush would intentionally delay investigations into the events leading up to 9-11? Why did Rumsfeld ask to DECREASE spending on efforts to identify terrorism a month before 9-11? Isn't this letting your guard down? - Particularly after being repeatedly warned through the summer of '01 from foreign governments about Al-Qaeda's plans?

Rove? Gonzales? Rumsfeld? Don't get me started. This country needs sporadic rebellion and nothing less than armed revolution, now, as Thomas Jefferson said long ago.

Judging from the 'style' of your question, emotional appeal/disgust (sex) seems to be your weakness. Clinton's impeachment was based upon that and so was the American public's opinion misled to support his absurd impeachment - just because he lied about his affair...

Well, my friend, ask virtually any man or woman about his/her sexual history and you'll get a cleansed version, duh... What Clinton did was normal, what Bush is doing is abnormal - and to the tune of "failing to uphold the laws and the Constitution of the United States of America".

Absolutely yea and what you see from dstr and apollo is a strategy that Bill Clinton invented and is the master at....ignore the issue and attack the attacker. I got a good chuckle out of dstr...lets talk about bush...NO, LETS TALK ABOUT CLINTON...
i know what is...is
lying is still lying, regardless of subject and when under oath, should be punished by jail time, not by a heartfelt apology as you and i would definitely be incarcerated for the same crime
the largest tax increase in us history and taxation of social security(breaking a fifty year promise to the elderly) were not just mistakes, they are serious lapses in judgement that show an inability to correctly determine the financial future of this country
jennifer, monica, and paula are not just names or private life to be discussed with hillary, they are serious lapses of character that took the character of the office of the presidency and brought it too a new low. the commander in cheif of the mightiest country in the world has every reason to be held to a higher standard, ESPECIALLY when lewd and immoral conduct threaten the image and security of the United States.
travelgate, filegate, whitewater, the cattle futures fiasco, campaign finance fraud 2000, the Vince Foster coverup, etc. were real crimes requireing a real investigation and real prosecution, and not schemes from those "mean spirited" republicans trying to get the democrats. Filegate, for example, involved the Clintons recklessly attacking Billy Dale through enormous abuses of power that cost Billy Dale his livelyhood, career and job for no other crime than whistleblowing.
character DOES matter
taking credit for welfare reform after four successive vetoes and shutting the government down over rhetoric and personal attacks to Newt Gingrich clearly shows an ability to lie and mask the truth not seen since the Roosevelt administration of the Forties.
And this is the"best?????" president weve had...sorry apollo, you lose on this one. There is a very old saying regarding this type of situation...when you lie down with dogs, you get fleas.

Clinton didn't undermine the system of justice. He proved it works. You just made yourself look dumber than George Bush and I thought that was impossible.

Yeah I can't believe his wife is actually a Presidential candidate. Possibly the front runner in her party.

I mean, Hillary can't even stand up to BJ. How is she gonna stand up to Iran, Syria, Russia, or China?

Shockingly - THEY ARE!
He is their poster boy for what they all want to be.

The immorality of the left has been given a FREE PASS on decency since their own President has, in their eyes alone, made this behavior acceptable/mainstream.

Clinton's administration was good for the most part. He shouldn't have lied, yes, and he shouldn't have had an affair while in public office, but the person he must answer to is Hillary.

At his job, he was pretty good. I do wonder why people continue to talk about him with such angry passion, since he's been out of office over 6 years.

Hey, can you guys all believe what Ford did? I can't believe he pardoned Nixon!

Are you proud of having a flip-flopping, back-stabbing, deceitful liar for a President--whom has brought us closer to the edge of fascism than any other President before him?
