Sachin must leave now, other wise we have to say no more please. he was a great cricketer, but with his time. now time for new player. if sachin do not leave now then he will go out like Kapil Dev. just send him out for Pepsi and lock the door.

and sourav, sehwag also. with time rahul also must leave.
before 2011 team India must be a new team

India having tons of new faces, give them chance to play.
Sachin also got a chance and now he must give that chance to others.

This is india's problem like in politicians, always Gandhi family or BJP. this is the country of 110 billions, why we can not find good politician and players.

This a not not a team India, there is a three different groups. one is Sachin second is Sourav and third is Rahul,

secondly team India's player never played like a one team every played fro his personal records.

They are very well paid, there is no extra benefits if they win not lose. they and getting good money from advertisements company. class a player getting nearly 50 lakhs per year. plus extra from adver. companies.

We always blame coach, team player fight on the field not a coach.
what team India can do if there is three captains and every one doing his own.
In the team work all credit and loss goes to the captain, but whole team must work together.

Cricket board announced that win this World Cup get 10 Crores. Because team board also knows that team India is not a winning team thats bye they give this kind of lollipops and encourage them to do some thing.

Remember there must be only one captain and all players must be friendly with each others

It is finished, it is a spent force. Yes the selectors, the chief and the coach and maybe the captain should take the responsibility and resign. They are accountable to the Indian public and should gracefully accept failure and await the verdict of the Indian public and whatever punishment they may feel fit. They have no right to call for any more meetings or make any more decisions.
The players should be made to spend hours practising and all ads, modelling, socialising everything should be stopped for the next four years. They should be treated as newly recruited army officers and have training for 4 years, to refreshen. They should have no personal time for leisure but be fully dedicated to India and cricket.

DRAVID SHOULD NOT RESIGN he plus dhoni, and ganguly are the most consistant in the team in the cricket arena, sachin should resign at the end of the world cup. maybe the chappellmeister as well(coach) this will give india some time to freshen themselves with a new line up, india must stop thinking someone is a good player just because they have had one good innings, india must accept that as time goes on players abilities deteriorate and shock horror they become worse, the best thing for india to do right now is have a mass re circulation of the squad and find out who is in form in the national league and if a superstar has a had a bad year such as ganguly did, replace them and make them earn their spot again (ganguly is now a better batsman). the answer isnt resignation, just refreshen

Forget about the coach! He is only on contract & eventually will leave the Indian team. But what about the senior players? Just now I saw on the NDTV channel, that senior players bullied the juniors, went against the coach's advice, which resulted in the disaster finish at the wworld cup.

Indian cricket team in general are mercenaries & dont have any passion or patriotism towards the game & country. Its a pity the fans in India didnt realise the true colours of players. Indian cricket team was much busy in endorsing commercials, pampered to the maximum & spoilt to rot.

Solution for the future: dont give luxuries to cricket team. make them to stay at normal hotels, no commerical endorsements, give them salary based on the performance on the match basis. Dont give hero label to anyone. the name sachin already stinks all over India.

The public are shouting at the top of their voices, so 'n' so should resign, so 'n' so should retire and nobody seems to be listening or reading this matter, except of course Kumble who has announced retirement from ODIs. Even if India has lost badly in World cup, India has managed to secure 6th place in ODIs and 4th place in Tests. There is scope to buid the team afresh and fare better in the coming days/months. Youngsters should make up 70% of every team being selected now onwards. The future of Indian cricket is not bad after all.

Even without resignation of the players and coach you have listed, Indian cricket team can be moulded to a strong team.

Already the hype created around the WC is waning and every body has forgotten the Indian debacle as a bad dream. Some will lose their job. I am certain no body is going to resign voluntarily, because it means losing many a sponsor and fabulous money.
