No. Washing your penis post masturbating is not unhealthy.

According to some health care providers masturbation allows a healthy way to express & explore your sexuality and to release sexual tension without all the associated risks of sexual intercourse. Health professionals generally agree that this private touching is a natural, normal mode of self-exploration and sexual expression. Unfortunately, after the excitement of the moment has passed, many people find themselves filled with guilty and or shame.

A study published in the British Journal of Urology International this summer found that men who had masturbated most frequently when they were in their 20s had the smallest chance of getting prostate cancer later.

SELF-STIMULATION

THE ACT of masturbating is a normal activity and it is not considered to be an unhealthy action. It is a quite NORMAL activity. HOWEVER- it can BECOME an unhealthy activity if the individual thinks about, masturbates constantly and loses interest in other activities.

If someone perseveres on masturbation and it diminishes a person's quality of life, then it's unhealthy and that person should seek counselling and work towards engaging in other activities that bring them pleasure.

Masturbation is a fairly normal activity, provided one isn't obsessed with masturbation and that the activity is carried out in private. Doing it in public, in front of unwilling spectators or constantly, or combining it with unhealthy or dangerous behaviors could be unhealthy. The occasional tug shouldn't be a problem.

There are no known physical manifestations of masturbation such as blindness, hairy palms etc. Just be moderate and don't do anything illegal.

No, you have to rinse your penis afterward, whether it is sex with a partner or masturbation. Remember, that semen is extremely high in protein and that makes a lovely food for bacteria to breakdown. The temperature of the skin is also optimal for bacterial growth. Do not allow this to happen, because it can lead to internal infections. Regular cleaning under the foreskin with warm soapy water is recommended.

I think you mean penis and masturbating. There's nothing wrong with cleaning the penis with water at any time really. Not cleaning the penis can lead to infection and stuff like that. So washing it is definitely suggested.

No harm. Not really necessary, either, despite all the warnings here about bacteria, unless you aren't circumcised and some semen gets under your foreskin. Otherwise just wiping the semen off your penis is good enough.
