Only one combination of parents will give rise to these groupings.
AO and BO.
For a group O offspring to have occurred, both parents need to have contributed an O gene. So the A and B would fill out the other genes on the parents.
The question, though, has the usual error in suggesting that the percentages are not independent. If you have four children they could all be group O, or all group B, or AB. It should be stated that the percentages are for each child, regardless of how many children they have.

1/2 A + 1/2 O >>> parents can be AO,OO or A0,A0 or AO, BO
1/2 B + 1/2 O >>> parents can be BO,OO or B0,A0 or BO, BO
---------
1/4 AB
1/4 AO
1/4 BO
1/4 OO
For these children it sholuld be AO and BO,
sex is not important.

One parent is AO.. the other is BO.. this is how you can get the AB (A from dad, B from mom).. and the BO (B from mon, O from dad)..
technically.. you can get these combinations:
AB, O, A, B.. all children have an equal chance (25%) of having either of the above 4 blood types! :)

the parents should be AO and BO, for O blood group is recessive and for it to expressed the parents should have at least one recessive allele,i.e. of O.
AO x BO
AB
AO
BO
OO
the chance of the offsprings being AB,A,B or O
is 1:1:1:1.
