It's got to be Scott Styris from New Zealand.
He's scored 258 runs in 4 innings, at an average of 129, with 3 50's and a strike rate of 91.
He's also picked up 4 wickets at an average of 20.25.
I prefer his records to that of Sanath Jayasuriya who has marginally outscored him, and taken 1 more wicket, because of the situations he has performed in and the level of opposition.

well i believe this world cup has been trying on shane watson whom in my opinion has the technical ability to be the best and has shown glimpses of being the most outstanding allrounder of the world cup but in my personal opinion i belive jacob oram or scott styris would be very very very hard to go by. my vote would be jacob oram, hes got the glenn mcgrath height and the andrew symonds smarts with the bat, very hard to go by jacob.
