My own track record on guessing where JKR will go is pretty poor, yet I'll take a whack at it, In order of probability:
Voldemort: I can't think that JKR will let evil triumph
Peter Pettigrew (Wormtail): Remember that Dumbledore told Harry in PoA that by sparing his life Peter was now indebted to Harry. He hasn't paid up yet.
Hagrid: I really can see him giving his life for Harry.
Ron and Hermione: The pattern in the books is for Harry to lose people who are the closest to him; Parents, Godfather, Dumbledore. This would pretty much complete the deal.
Ginny: I hope not, but again it would make sense.
Rest of the Weasley family: They've been his adopted family in the series, and so they are all at risk
Malfoy: A possibility, but maybe a bit too trite.
Snape: I know a lot of people think Snape will die, but I think that is too obvious, besides, Snape is a survivor.
Harry: I just don't see her killing off Harry.

Harry, Ginny and voldy will die as per my wild guess as history will repeat itself Ginny will die saving Harry and giving him the same protection like lily and Harry will die in an attempt to destroy voldy

I heard 3 of the main characters will die don't know who. Heard this on TV Maybe an Urban legend though.

i think they will all die mysteriously but everyone suspects snape but it was dumbledore
