Do you know how to install Charter Cable & my Xbox 360 on my PC?

I have Microsoft Windows XP. I am trying to play my Xbox 360 games on my PC instead using my T.V. & also buy using my Charter box on my PC instead the T.V.. Is it possible to install? Please if you do know let me know please.

The last time I checked, you can't play XBOX 360 games on your PC. Unless I've fallen asleep for twenty years and emulation has REALLY improved. Somebody, wake me up!
