How to save the file into the disket(floppy disk) as my friend does not know how to use the Net?
How to UN-write protect it???

There is a little box shaped plastic slide in the upper corner of the disk. If you can see thru the hole, it's write protected. Just slide it the other direction and make it accessable.

There should be a little tab on the corner of the disk. If there is a hole, then it is copy protected. Slide the tab to cover the hole and the disk should be ready to go.

Move the little tab in the corner of the diskette from its present write protected position to the non-write protected position.

there should be a little square box of a thing down in the bottom corner of the diskette... push it in the other direction then try again
