Current research on molecular genetics has been termed the ultimate forensic proof of evolution. We now can trace just which nucleobase transcription error when caused what evolutionary change. This burgeoning research field is beginning to de disseminated in popular lay magazines such as Time, Newsweek, etc. As the work in this field is expanded and disseminated among the general lay population, objections to evolution should disappear in all but the most ardent "flat-earth" nut jobs.

Well, if humanity still exists after many many years, maybe some time in the far future, religion will accept evolution.
It's so silly that people don't accept something so obvious and natural. It's also funny how threatened evolution makes them feel. Why can't they just see the truth and still believe in God? They are two separate things, God can still exist but scientific facts are scientific facts. In 2007 it's inconceivable that people still picture God as in middle ages.

Actually some religions do accept science and evolution. Even some sects of Christianity accept evolution. So, are you asking about your blanket question, "when will religion accept evolution?" or when Christianity will accept evolution. Christianity is not the only religion in the world.

People who believe in religion simply are not using their brains.
There is no god, and there is no religion that is better than another.
All religions are hypocritical, and closed-minded. None of them will ever understand why this is true, and they therefore could never possibly understand evolution, or anything else that has been proven to be fact by science.

The real christian could not admit the evolution but the evolutionist will accept Christianity. Because there is no sense in this, and is different from earth and sun.
