It is a term commonly used when you wish to express extreme displeasure with someone, or frustration. Depending on the circumstances, it can mean 'Go to hell' or even 'You're kidding me!' Circumstances weight heavily upon the meaning.

Or it can mean the obvious. I want to have sex with you, sleep with me, I'm going to do this to you, etc, etc.
