I live in Norway..The official language here is Norwegian, of course. In Sweden it's Swedish. In Denmark it's Danish. In Finland it's Finnish. They all can speak English, but it isn't the first language.
I've never heard of such a country where more people speak English rather than it's own official or national language.

I duno about norway, but ivebeen to sweden and nearly everyone can speak english. they learn from very young age .
