This is Rajesh here. I am from chennai. I am planning to start a small business house here in chennai.
I am looking for some part time workers or college students who want to work part time.
I need people with these qualifications:
a. must be from chennai
b. either strong in programming lang like PHP / MySQL or good in web designing or good in graphic designing or marketing skills

My business partner and I are affiliates of a streaming media company. We work at this part-time and use the products for our business - www.1230.co.uk. Some of our team are working full-time on it. Everyone has been so supportive and helpful to us and we have as much training on the business side of it as well as the technical (which only requires basic computer knowledge).

Most of the work-from-home jobs don't need a state of the art computer and a broad band connection! So, while that is good, that is not sufficient. What is needed and is most important is your skill set. And you did not mention that.
