After reading the Color Purple, I realize that my life is way better off than Celie's. If she can overcome whatever she needs to in daily life, then so can I.

The most profound book's I have read were written by Imanuel Velikovsky. 'Planets in Collision' and 'Earth In Upheaval'. For years the mystery of the FROZEN MAMMOTHS remained an utter impossibly undiscoverable bald fact staring us in the face. It was telling us of an unspeakable tragedy that stood mutely with silence. Much like the pyramids, Stonehenge, Easter island. The MAMMOTHS were instantly deep frozen and never unfroze!!! This gigantic upheaval happened when mankind was on Earth. Caves in France have drawings of men throwing spears at mammoths His books and theories make all our problems pale in relation to what the Earth has gone through only 10,000 years ago. It may well be a repeating event. His theories hit my mind like a sledge hammer. I read them 40 years ago and they still have vivid reality explanations that I have never been able to punch any holes in.

I would choose art. Particularly oil painting. Painting makes you to learn how to reproach, solicitous or express yourself. Painting makes you happy. And now I am in a very stressful period as far as my career is concerned. I have started oil painting from October 2006 and the last month I have really be doing bad.

I would go for music. Poets say that music is life; and i believe them! Everytime i am stressed i would simply play my favorite music particularly LOVE SONGS done in acoustic. I could really feel the warm and the vibration of the melody and my stresses just flow out. Try it yourself dear friend!

Ghandi.

The Mahatma.

His whole life, his teachings. He practiced what he taught. He was real, and he was peace.

My grandfather said the Mahatma influenced him. My mother taught me this. I think he influenced her too, and then me. And still I learn from him.
