Is there a pretty outdoor setting that I should research if we do not marry in a chapel or a church in Vegas?

For an outdoor setting I would suggest looking into Lake Las Vegas - the Ritz-Carlton and the Loews Hotel both have beautiful settings and there are other places around the lake that can host a wedding.

Try the Bellagio Terrace overlooking the lake, Little Church of the West or Graceland Wedding Chapel.

Ceasar's has a great little courtyard for weddings. There's also a pretty place at Bellagio - I don't know that "chapel" is the right word, but it's really pretty.
