I would recommend seeing your dr to have this evaluated as there could be a number of possibilities causing this.

If you are a female, it could be from your breast sitting on the same spot.Heat can cause a rash if the breast are large.Just wash under them well and the darkness will go away.Rub lotion on and under to exfoliate them..
