Seriously. I know our avatars disappear a lot, but why can't the females have a gray girl? Why is it just a guy?

lol - I actually posted a question once to see if I was the only one that thought the blank avatars look like "Screech" from Saved By the Bell.
Apparently, I am the only one, because lots of gray shadow people pointed out to me, that I was incorrect...
