You don't have 275/65/20 sized tires, you have LT275/65R20 E-load range tires. On your vehicle these require 65 psi front, 70 psi rear according to Ford. If you don't inflate them that high the tire will not have enough load carrying capacity which could result in tire failure.
This inflation pressure information is in your trucks owners manual and also on a metal placard on the drivers side door or door frame. This pressure applies to ANY LT275/65R20 E-load tire ever built by any manufacturer.
Do not listen to Dodgeman, who has proven repeatedly that in spite of a huge record of best answers he knows nothing about tires.

Check the tires, there should be a small label recommending tire pressure. Remember that a truck that size will ride pretty rough regardless of the tire pressure.

It's not abnormal for your ride to be rough, because your tire's profile is so low. Bigger rims = rougher rides. Look at your side door panel, it should say the correct pressure. It's usually 30 - 35 psi.

Try looking on the drivers door frame. It should be listed there. I would take a guess at 50 lbs in the front and 80 in the rear. However if you are mostly driving with and empty box (no Load) then try 50 front and 50 rear. But remember to re-inflate when you have a load on.

Tire pressure is different from one size to another. It also may be different in pressure due to the weather and or driving conditions. You should check with your owners manual. Some vehicles give this info right on the drivers' door itself on an 'inspection plate' The answer you are lookin for can oly be found by yourself by researching.

For the best tire wear and life fill the tires to 90% of the maximum pressure stamped on the side of the tire, i.e. tire sidewall max 40 psi, inflate to 40x.90=36psi.

Look on the drivers door and there should be a sticker with the correct pressure on it or look in your owners manual. Do not use the numbers listed on the tire.

Most run 35 to 40 PSI but read the sidewall of the tire and it will tell you what the pressure should be

Open the driver's or passenger's side door, where the door catch is (where the door closes) there should be a sticker there that tells you what your recommended tire pressure is for your vehicle. Good luck!
