I'd love to see if I could sue the woman for contributing to breakdownof marriage, who carried on with my husb online. Both idiots (husb and skank) are to blame. She continued to email him and lied to me she'd stop even after I sent her a very classy email letting her know he was married and asked her to stop.

They had planned a rendevous when my husband went back to his country this summer (without me) to visit his family.

Couple of days ago, I had divorce papers drawn up. They are in my purse at this moment. I have also retained copies of the emails. The ones I found at least...

Even if it's the first case ever, I 'd love to give this bytch some stress and hell like she has caused me. My husb has met his own match. He's found I'm a little bit smarter than he gave me credit for.

See my 360 blogs to read emails.

Next, I need to know how to go about finding a lawyer in the UK. I am in USA, skank lives in UK. Is there a website I might find the info?

Frist guy was nice about, but I'm not. Its both your guys fault and the fact is there isn't a jury out there that are going to sit there and say, "Wow this poor skank just like mind controlled this ladies husban into bed with here, we need to stop her before other skanks learn of her great power!" Really please put the blame back on you guys... I mean if it wasn't her it would of been someone else... it isn't her fault. It is his for doing it and not working on the relationship and you for picking this guy and continueing to deal with his bs. Sorry we pay the price for not loving ourselves. This is classic transgression, just divorce this guy and put this whole thing behind you... maybe spend sometime realizing that guys are not powerless to there own sexuality, they just like for you to think that way... but hey thats how you can tell the men from the boys.... bad boy there....

I might be wrong, but I don't think anyone will take the case. You see, your husband is a willing participant and so long that she has not threatened or contacted you and your husband agrees to the divorce, there is not much water held.

And, she is online which makes proving alienation of affection difficult.

Most states in the US are "no fault" states, and you are filing for divorce here, not in the U.K. Unless you are both from the U.K. and were married there, you are under U.S law.

I would say leave it alone and just get the divorce over with so that you can live your life.
