While I descend from a family with a long and proud military tradition dating back hundreds of years, I was cursed with a severe hearing impairment at birth which has prevented me from serving.
This, plus the fact that I am a History junkie has likely lead me to regularly dream that I am either leading or fighting for the United States or one of the earlier moral nations, such as the Hellenistic Greeks, Romans,
However, my two most glorious dreams place me at the head of the 'Tribulation Force' that defends Jerusalem after the Rapture or in the leading elements of Patton’s drive to rescue the soldiers trapped in Bastogne.

I had this great dream that i can't forget. It that kind of dreams that is repeated several times over long periods of time. Last time i had it was like 5 or 6 years ago, i can't remember..
The dream goes like this:
I m walking alone in the night, and i am approaching a city, with fainting lights.
The air is cold. And i feel the coldness and the breeze on my face.
There is not a soul i can see in the streets, then comes the belief that i can fly.
i walk faster and faster the run and push myself up, it doesn't work from the first time, until i go up.
I can steer right and left and go up and i feel the fast cold air hitting my face and enetring my lungs, i make some dangerous dives when i get along with flying.
i miss that dream very much. It's just breath taking. fascinating. it's kinda spiritual too..

For everything to go RIGHT.
Specifically, to do all the things I want to do, to be perfectly in harmony with everything. For example, to continue being a pick up artist but have no problems with God. That would be Heaven on Earth - not being a PUA, but everything in perfect synchronization in my life. To have everything going right, when so much has gone wrong - THAT is my dream.

i had one where the planets were bumping into each other. and mars was angry( cuz its red i guess). it was so weird.
