Iron (III) nitrate and iron (III) acetate have a large solubility product constants. Yet the farmer does not find these compounds useful to add to iron deficient soils. Explain.

A large Ksp indicates a very soluble salt. Thus, the iron would simply wash through the soil without an appreciable addition of iron by precipitation.
