Your brake rotors or drums are badly warped. this is a very dangerous condition. get a good quality brake job PRONTO! Brakes are a hydropneumatic friction system. There is (hopefully lol) never any oil between the brake pad and the rotor or drum. Brake fluid acts just like a cable would in a bike brake system. As liquids cannot be compressed, they work in the same way. Regardless, low brake fluid will not cause pulsation or noise, only soft, ineffective brakes.

If they are spongy, like lots of travel before it breaks, u need fluid. But if its shimmying you either have bad calipers (one isnt opening all the way) or warped rotors. Check your pads, they could be down. If they are squeaking they are almost gone or gone. If u drove it very long like that ull probably need ur rotors turned, look and see if its cut a groove in the rotors. My money says if its making a high pitch squeeling noise you wore your pads out. Peace

If you are having any signs of brake trouble. You should get to a repair garage asap.Brakes can go entirely, where you will have no brakes at all.So if you never done brakes before, don't fool around and get to a garage as soon as possible. Most garages give free brake inspections. If you unfamiliar with making brake repairs, do not attempt to make the repair alone. They are nothin to play with.Good Luck

From your description, you definitely need to take the car in for a brake check (by the way, it's "brake", not "break" in referring to cars). It's too dangerous for you to operate the vehicle as it is now.

i own a shop and from what you just said about them you really don't need to attempt to repair these, take the vehicle somewhere and have the brakes repaired,if you have to ask those kind of questions about a certain job, this means you do not need to attempt to repair it,good luck i hope this helps.

You need major repairs as soon as you can for safety and roadworthy reasons you could end up in jail as you have stated here that your brakes are not working properly.
