Quick-thinking. Must have the ability to pacify a room full of tired 3 and 4 year olds using a little imagination and a handful of art supplies.

Honesty in teaching them, because you can easily get tired teaching them and that time usually teachers skip through the lessons.
So be Honest and teach them even though you are tired.
Be attractive to children try to get their attention all the time, children will be attentive to their teacher, so try to attract them. Do not be boring students hate boring teacher.
All the best.

Creative, energetic, fun-loving, generous, thoughtful, protective, caring, sensitive, observant and about a hundred others. I just thought about the type of person I would want to be my child's teacher. I hope this helps you.

Soft calm voice, treats everybody the same, and calls each child by their first name, give each child the same opportunities, praise the child for their accomplishments, give the children confidence, show happiness and laughter and make the class fun.

Besides lots of patience, you must have lots of energy, be willing to play and roll on the floor if necessary, and not be disgusted easily by body excretions.

Patience, patience, patience. Its one thing for you to handle about 30 screaming kids who are totally new to this environment, its another to deal with 60+ parents who are not ready to let go of their kids.
