First, how? If you built your website correctly they shouldn't be able to pull that off!
Get some professional help and build a site that doesn't have a security issue.
Just be glad that they haven't inserted runtime code and turned your system into a spammers heaven!
My best guess is that your database is still intact your connector was deleted. (Very easy if you don't protect the connection configuration file) If they really did delete the entire database you have a severe server configuration problem.

i don't suggest to give your Hosting details to any one
but there is a solution for this case check with your hosting company about the Auto Backup that they take and let them send you the final Backup
