It's not a question of "more likely". All exist. 40% of US land is still totally unexplored by humans. Gee...we'd like to think that we're lords and masters of all things, but sadly we're not.

All three. Bigfoot & the Yeti are the same except for residency. Nessie is just another lake 'monster' which has achieved some noteriety as a 'local' celebrity.

Both Bigfoot and the Yeti are technically the same thing: hominids (just different color variations). They could easily be explained by another creature: Kodiak and/or Polar Bears!
Nessie could have been a saurian "leftover", or perhaps a whale or squid of some kind.
Monsters aren't really bad supernatural creatures, just misunderstood animals.

Most likely all three. Bigfoot, Yeti living in the distant parts on this earth and maybe Nessy is like salmon.

The Yeti, because it's habitat is more remote than the other two and it's unlikely that a large reptile can live in a cold lake.

Well they all once existed, but the one that would most likely survive today... I say the Yeti has the best chance.

Bigfoot. It could just be a giant-sized person with tons of hair and disproportional feet!
