They use exocytosis - the opposite of endocytosis which they used to engulf the bacteria in the first place.

It migrates to the outer membrane and then fuses with that membrane in such a way that it's interior surface becomes part of the cell's exterior surface and anything that was inside it winds up outside the cell.
