That is still considered poor. You are making in general $6.88 an hour, I can make that much working full time at MceD's. If you get a wife/husband and have a kid you can food stamps making that much money. I always considered someone lower middle class when you makes $20,000 a year or more. That's at least $10.41 an hour or more. Middle income would be $30,000 and high income would be $60,000 or more.

This answer would depend on your expenses. If you live at home, eat at home, and all your bills are paid for by someone else, $1100 a month would be great.

you are poor, like me, i make 1,600 a month living in miami and its not enough, considering that i really cant affort to go shopping for myself or let alone afford a vacation like some people.
