Well if you truly have narcolepsy, you might just have a case, but since you already said you get hammered, I kind of doubt you will win.
Bad idea to get hammered and sleep on the job, most bosses want you to work, I know it doesn't sound appealling (work).....that is....

You won't even get to the courthouse door. If you really had narcolepsy and had not disclosed that fact during your employment interview, you boss can fire you. And to be able to go to court, you'd have to have a physician certify that you are indeed narcoleptic. No physician is going to risk his license to lie for you. Face it, dude: you f u c k e d up and now you're paying the price.

you better make sure that u have a dr. that can back that up for u. or else your headed for a losing battle. Thats nothing to play with you just need to stop getting hammered when u have to go to work and handle your business jobs are hard to come by so i would suggest that u wake up a smell the coffee and take responsibility for your actions.

yes, you should have been fired. you shouldnt have been sleeping on the job. how can you be sleeping and working, that has got to be impossible. and did you supply your employer with a doctors note showing you have narcolepsy before this incident? if not, dont waste your money on a lawyer.

Yes, you should win the Darwin Award hands down. At least we'll all be rooting for you.
Guess nobody else caught onto the joke, April Fools and all.

First, you would have to get a doctor to diagnose you as having the disease.
Then you would have to file against your employer.
But because you were not under a doctors care at the time of the firing, you may be out of luck.

No you will not win. The company lawyers will have you examined by doctors they pick. They will find out you are an alcoholic. Check to see if you company has a treatment program for that.

I think he has a good case.
Since you're trying to lie about your side of the story and bring a frivolous suit, I'm not going to tell you why, nor am I going to say exactly how stupid you're going to look in front of the judge.
