Yes, if you should accidentally swallow it then there's potential for the life saver getting lodged in the windpipe and blocking the flow of oxygen.

Yes, you can, if you can't breathe.

I remember that a classmate of mine (in third grade) choked on a life saver and he couldn't breathe.

Yea so make sure you swallow it wide ways so you can breathe through that little whole. Also do this with doughnuts and tires
