Hi Stretch

Cause
Shingles can be due to chicken pox (in children), pleurisy, Bell`s palsy, herpes simplex, appendicitis, colic, gallstones, colitis, trigeminal neuralgia, or contact dermatitis. All of these conditions must be screened for and, if present, properly treated to provide lasting relief from shingles.

Natural Cures

Aromatherapy: Massage the essential oils of lemon, geranium, bergamot, eucalyptus, tea tree, lavender, or chamomile along the affected area.

Diet: Eat an organic, whole foods diet that emphasizes fresh fruits and vegetables and minimizes carbohydrates (avoiding refined carbohydrates and sugars altogether).

Flower Essences: Crab Apple.

Herbs: Combine equal parts of oat straw, St. John`s wort, and skullcap tinctures and take one teaspoon of this mixture four times a day. Peppermint oil applied topically can also help reduce pain, unless the skin is excessively dry, in which case it is contraindicated.

Homeopathy: Useful homeopathic remedies include Arsen alb., Rhus tox., Sepia, Natrum mur., Hepar sulph., Caladium, and Acidum nit.

Hydrotherapy: Hydrotherapy is the application of water, ice, steam and hot and cold temperatures to maintain and restore health. Treatments include full body immersion, steam baths, saunas, sitz baths, colonic irrigation and the application of hot and/or cold compresses. Hydrotherapy is effective for treating a wide range of conditions and can easily be used in the home as part of a self-care program. Many Naturopathic Physicians, Physical Therapists and Day Spas use Hydrotherapy as part of treatment. I suggest several at-home hydrotherapy treatments. .

Juice Therapy: Drink carrot and celery juice with one tablespoon of parsley juice once or twice each day.

Nutritional Supplementation: At the first sign of outbreak, apply zinc oxide along the path of the affected nerve area two to three times daily. Other helpful nutrients include L-lysine, vitamin B-complex, vitamin B12, BHT, calcium, and high doses of vitamin C plus bioflavonoids. Topical application of vitamin E can also be helpful. Snake vaccine made from venom has also been known to take away the pain of shingles.

Topical Treatment: Apply apple cider vinegar to the affected area.

Best of health to you

I got clinically diagnosed with genital herpes (type 2) about five years ago, whilst I was still in college and had a mindless one-night stand. I know lots of young women say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly it seemed like I was going to have to live with the consequences for my entire life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date other men again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone that has sores round her private parts? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/8zFJ1 everything got better.

Not only was I able to eradicate all traces of the herpes simplex virus from my body in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just a week ago, in front of everybody in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!!! This system provided me the chance to be happy and experience real love again. Now I hope that I can help others too by sharing this story.

Hi stretch , Shingles is a serious illness and before starting any treatment program you should consult with your doctor. Shingles is the same virus as chicken pox. You cannot catch shingles from someone else unless you've never had chicken pox.
1. Powder two aspirin tablets and mix it in 2 tbsp of 5. chloroform or alcohol. Apply this paste on the affected area. This will provide good relief.
2. To provide relief, make a solution by mixing 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar in 2 cups of water. Use a cotton cloth to moisten the affected areas by using the upward movement.
3. To prevent itching and to reduce pain you can dust colloidal powder.
4. You can make a solution by mixing aloe vera gel, raw honey and leek juice to be applied on the rash.
5. You can also sponge the blisters or rashes by use of vitamin E oil, apple cider vinegar, cool goldenseal, mugwort or peppermint tea.
6. Baking soda and water solution can also be applied as a cold compress..... Please look article: http://www.askedweb.com/askedweb/Home_Remedies_For_Shingles/
Avoid using any of these products if you are allergic to it.

Shingles is caused ONLY by reactivation of the chickenpox (varicella zoster) virus that has been dormant in certain nerve tissues, sometimes for many years. There are many over-the-counter and home remedies for mild to moderate pain...sometimes,however,the pain can be debilitating and treatment by a real doctor is necessary.
