in what sense? let your dog loose for a day--let it run freely in a park? i don't think so... most countries wouldn't allow it... what if the dog met with an accident, bit someone, didn't come back, etc? who would be responsible???
or you mean giving your dog a treat for a day? well, think going to a park, buying it its favorite meal, playing games with it, or just showing it attention will make it happy :D depends on the size of the dog and the "wildness" of the dog.

Sure!
Let's face it - dogs lay around a lot, get fed regularly, get let out for a 'dump' & a 'pee' now and then. They get walked, groomed. bathed. and goodness knows what else of coddling.
After all that , their favorite pastime is 'licking their B**LS!!!
What a 'dog's life - oy!!
