I have been trying to get disability for about 3 yrs and still have heard nothing. But you have people that are getting disability for being an alocoholic, drug addict, overly obese and for reasons that can be controlled but those of us that REALLY need it or have WORKED have a hard time getting it...... I see a problem with this pic.

This is what happens when you rely on the government for almost anything. I am sorry you are having difficulty. I know my Dad went through hell obtaining his benefits as well.
Remember this experience the next time someone mention government run health care.

A lot of innuendo's but I see no evidence!
Are you totally disabled? I mean totally, cant work!
The Repubs have been cutting programs, denying many who have legitimate claims, hoping you will give up!
Get an advocate as and make then stick to their time lines.
The feds would rather you go on state Aid for the Permanently disabled as the state has to pick up some of the cost!
Bush wants to take money from you so he can give it to the rich! And they have been stealing from the Soc Security Trust Fund for years, and have never paid it back. It wasn't their money to steal. It belonged to us!
