It is normal. The baby is growing and stretching the uterus even more now since you are in your 2nd trimester. Try drinking more water and adding more fiber to your diet for the constipation. Ask your doctor about Metamucil's Fiber-sure. My OB told me I could use it. It is a flavorless, non-gritty powder that you can add to drinks and sauces, like spaghetti sauce.

Yeah, it sounds like gas to me. I have been getting the same weird pains for the past 2 weeks just off and on. Some really surprise me and I have to stop for a second till it goes away. Just watch what you eat, and stay away from greasy or gaseous food.

This is totally normal. I am 18 weeks and get them too. It's being caused by the baby growing and you stretching to make more room for him in the womb. As long as it's not constantly causing pain... you are fine. KJ

That's normal,,, it feels like you are going to get your period, that is normal from the streching.... when your belly becomes bigger you will feel harder cramps and your belly will become hard like a rock and those are contractions, also normal.....
