Only 400 Billion? Damn, it should be a lot higher.

Did you think you would get away with writing blank checks for the war forever. Hell, Bush cut VA hospitals by 100 Billion and they are currently treating 105,000 wounded (that's right) from Iraq!

I know, it is the Democrats fault that Bush ran the deficit up by 3 1/2 TRILLION, gave 2 tax cuts to the rich, and never submitted a budget that was even in the neighborhood of being balanced!

At least the Democrats will try and be fair and tax those who have been living off the backs of others for decades!

It won't effect at least 1/2 of American taxpayers as they make between $5,000 and $30,000 a year!

And the Repubs are not going to want oil to pay their share, or business, or their rich friends!

I suspect most of it will come from those earning over $100,000 a year!

And it won't effect me at all!

There is no 400 billion dollar tax increase so it will have no effect on me, you or anyone else. Any more attempts at misinformation?

Dems need to die. They are going to **** everyone with their bullshit. They are profiting of these tax increases big time. Look at Feinstein and Boxer. They got their hands deep into government contracts. It will hurt everyone and force more industry overseas.

Compared to the 600 billion tax increase called the "iraq war" I find the democrats crazy plan to provide heathcare to Americans acceptable.

Or do you still believe the oil in Iraq is paying for this war? LOL!!

not yet, i am still a college student.

but i am sure it will later on, especially when it starts hitting consumer spending.

less spending means less jobs.

but hey, at least the lazy welfare class will be better off.
